Read cool, Toro Toro, by Michael Morpurgo, Kite Fighters by Linda Sue Park, Harry's Mad by Dick King-Smith. Studied different types of poems such as nonsense poems and kenning poems literal and figurative language. Spelling test. Learnt about adjectives, adverbs, pronouns. Learnt about contect. Learnt about features of different sorts of texts eg newspaper magazine brochure. Learnt about the use of apostrophe to show posession or contractions. Most of Mujahids learning is hands on learning. We use KS2 text books to learn from and use different resources that are available on Twinkl for suplamenting. We use reading eggs app to assit with learning in a fun way.

Reading
