Geography
The student used a globe to locate major cities, which helped build an understanding of world geography and spatial relationships. Tips

You could also turn the activity into a scavenger hunt by naming a city and having the student point to it, then describe what is nearby, such as an ocean or another country. For a creative follow-up, invite the student to draw a simple travel route between two cities and explain which direction it goes around the globe.
