Health and Nutrition
Adalynn helped choose a nutritious breakfast and watered vegetables, connecting food choices with plant care and healthy living. She practiced hygiene by washing her hands and face and brushing her teeth, learning that daily routines help care for her body. Science
Adalynn explored eye anatomy through word-search puzzles and asked thoughtful questions about what different parts of the eye did. She also showed strong interest in planets, naming them in order from the Sun and identifying them in planet puzzles. Watering vegetables and discussing how to care for a fishing pole added simple experiences with plants, tools, and responsible care.
Mathematics and Logic
Adalynn practiced addition and counted by twos to 20, strengthening early number patterns and calculation skills. During chess, she played with her grandmother and won by checkmate with very little guidance. Chess supported planning, spatial reasoning, recognizing patterns, and understanding cause and effect.
Physical Education and Social-Emotional Learning
Adalynn played Frisbee with others and practiced throwing and catching, developing coordination, timing, and cooperative play. She used the swing set while making up silly songs, combining movement with creativity and joyful self-expression. Her lengthy conversation with her grandfather about fishing showed curiosity, listening, question-asking, and interest in learning from family members.

Tips: Build on Adalynn’s interests by creating a healthy-breakfast chart and letting her help prepare or sort foods. Make a simple eye or planet model from paper and invite her to label each part or planet. Use toy figures to act out a colony meeting about rules and fairness, then have her dictate or write one rule she would create. Continue chess and outdoor games, asking her to explain her strategy, count Frisbee catches, or invent a song about the planets.
