• The Seventh-grade child has learned to identify and correct spelling errors in their writing.
• They have learned to use punctuation marks such as commas, periods, and question marks correctly in their sentences.
• They have learned to apply the rules of grammar, such as subject-verb agreement and verb tenses, in their writing.
• The child has also learned to proofread their work for grammar, spelling, and punctuation mistakes to improve the quality of their writing.

For continued development, encourage the child to participate in spelling bees or word games to enhance their spelling skills. They can also practice writing short stories or essays to further improve their command of grammar and punctuation. Additionally, providing them with opportunities to read books and articles will expose them to different writing styles and help them internalize proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation usage.
