Our family will be going on a cruise to the Bahamas in a less than two weeks. Because of this, the girls learned about the Bahamas for our social studies unit. A wide variety of topics were covered and examined such as population, wildlife, landscape, religion, history of the islands, food, and culture. The girls were able to make a portfolio of all the details they learned and even looked at what the Bahamian money and flag looks like.
