Expanding our theme of local geography outward, we studied maps and even the globe. We worked with latitude and longitude and found the coordinates of major US cities. We also explored our town and learned how many towns our laid out. Pictured is a map we made of a route through our town, from two of our favorite places, the park and Toy Store. After walking the route we came home and drew the map from recall.
