Tips for continued development:
1) Encourage the child to create a farm diorama using different materials to represent the animals, crops, and farm equipment they learned about during the visit to Rural King. They can also draw or paint pictures of their favorite animals or scenes from a rural setting.
2) Read books or watch educational videos about farming, rural life, and wildlife. Discuss the concepts and information learned, encouraging the child to ask questions and make connections between what they see/read and their real-life experience at Rural King.
3) Engage in hands-on gardening activities at home or school to further explore the concept of growing plants and caring for them. This can be done by planting seeds, monitoring their growth, and discussing the importance of agriculture in our daily lives.
