If your student is enrolled in a California homeschool charter — Cabrillo Point Academy, Sky Mountain, Ocean Grove, South Sutter, Sage Oak, iLEAD, Visions In Education, Compass and many others — the school gives you an instructional-funds budget. Learning Corner is a product vendor (online curriculum and record-keeping software), so at most charters there is no vendor approval to wait for: you submit an order request, and your school pays us online. Your card is never charged.

How to use your charter school instructional funds

Submit an order request at your school

In your school's ordering system (Enrichment Certificate, order request, eVoucher — each school names it differently) request: Learning Corner — Annual Family License, $90, website learningcorner.co/charter-funds/order. Learning Corner is a product vendor — online curriculum and homeschool record-keeping software — which most charters can order without a vendor-approval step. If your HST/ES wants to check first, point them to this page.

Your school pays online

Your ordering department pays at learningcorner.co/charter-funds/order — they enter your Learning Corner email, pay the $90 once, and get a receipt and PDF invoice for the school's records. No Learning Corner login is needed to pay.

Your account is activated

Within minutes of payment your family account has full access for 12 months. If you don't have an account yet at that email, we set one up and email you. Nothing auto-renews and no card is on file — next year, submit a new order request.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Learning Corner is online curriculum and record-keeping software, which falls under the instructional materials and online curriculum categories charter schools allow. Cabrillo Point Academy's vendor support confirmed in writing that Learning Corner is a product vendor: no onboarding, no approved-vendor list, families can order from any product vendor within the enrichment guidelines. Other charters are similar — ask your HST/ES if unsure.

The Annual Family License is $90 per year — the same price as our public annual plan. It covers your whole family account for 12 months, paid once, no auto-renewal.

Usually not — product purchases (books, software, curriculum) don't go through the service-vendor approval process at most California charters. If your school does require a vendor form, ask your HST/ES to send it to <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> and we'll return it with our W-9 the same day.

Yes. If your ordering department prefers an invoice and PO, email <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> with your Learning Corner email and the school's name; we invoice the school NET30 and activate your account when the PO is issued.

Schools generally can't reimburse past personal spending, but you can switch future years to charter funding: cancel auto-renewal on your current plan, then have the school order the Annual Family License for the same email — we apply it to your account.

Yes. Learning Corner is fully non-sectarian and available to all students, which meets California charter school vendor requirements.
