Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 200g vermicelli noodles

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Vermicelli Noodles:

    1. Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the skillet with the vegetables.
    2. Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
    3. Flake the cooked salmon and add it to the noodle mixture, gently mixing it to avoid breaking it apart too much.
  5. Serve:
    1. Plate the salmon vermicelli and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
