Hi there! Did you know that sometimes we can find stairs in nature? But they are not like the stairs in our houses. Instead, they can be made by nature all by itself!

Let’s imagine some cool examples:

  • Rock Formations: Sometimes, rocks can be stacked on top of each other like steps. When the water from rivers flows over rocks for a long time, it can shape them into flat pieces. This makes it look like there are natural stairs up the side of a hill!
  • Tree Roots: Trees have roots that can grow out of the ground and along the soil. When these roots become big and strong, they can stick out in a way that looks like little steps, helping tiny animals climb up!
  • Sand Dunes: On beaches, wind can blow sand into big piles that slope like a ramp. If you look closely, you might see little steps where the sand has been shaped by the wind.

So, stairs in nature get there by water flowing, roots growing, or wind blowing. Nature is full of surprises, and it makes really cool shapes for us to find!
