As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of my team, my job was to oversee and coordinate our efforts. First, I worked with my team to create a clear plan for what we wanted to achieve. Next, we discussed our main goals and what our purpose would be. I also assisted in promoting our product to make sure more people would know about it. Additionally, I helped design the product to make it more appealing and useful for our customers.
