During my internship at Miniature Customs, I learned a lot about problem solving and teamwork. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO), I worked with my team to choose and design our products. I always asked for their ideas on what we should create for our target audience. This experience taught me how important it is to listen to everyone's opinion before making decisions. We took our time to ensure that we offered the best products possible. Overall, it was a valuable experience that helped me grow.
