Amazing question! Baby pumas are called cubs. Just like baby lions and tigers, young pumas are called cubs too.

Pumas, also known as mountain lions or cougars, are wild cats that live in many parts of North and South America. When a female puma has babies, she usually has about 2 or 3 cubs at a time.

The cubs are born blind and very small, about the size of a kitten at first. They stay with their mother for more than a year to learn how to hunt and survive in the wild.

Isn't it cool that many big cats have babies called cubs? Next time you hear about lions, tigers, or pumas, you can share your new knowledge about their little cubs!
