The villagers heard his cries and ran as fast as they could to help him. When they arrived, looking all worried and out of breath, they found the boy laughing at them! There was no wolf – just his funny little joke. The villagers were not happy and told him not to play tricks like that again.

Now, here’s the twist! One day, while the boy was watching the sheep, a real wolf showed up! The wolf looked very hungry, and the boy's heart started to race. So, he shouted, 'Help! Help! There really is a wolf this time!' But do you know what happened? The villagers thought he was joking again and didn’t come to help him at all.
In the end, the boy learned a very important lesson. Because he had tricked the villagers so many times, they didn’t believe him when he truly needed their help.
