Elephants are very big animals, and sometimes they get very hot. To feel better and cool down, they do two special things.
First, they spray water all over themselves using their long trunks like a hose. This helps their skin get wet and cool.
Second, they have really big ears. They wave their ears back and forth like fans. This helps blow air and cool their bodies, kind of like when you wave your hand to cool off.
So, elephants stay cool by spraying water and fanning with their big ears!
