Bees collect sweet juice called nectar from flowers. They bring the nectar back to their home, which is called a hive. Inside the hive, bees put the nectar into little tiny rooms made of wax called honeycomb. After filling these rooms with nectar, the bees cover them with a special wax lid to keep the honey safe.
This way, the nectar turns into yummy honey that the bees can eat later!
