Leopards are big cats that live in places with lots of trees and plants. They have special spots on their fur called spots that look like little circles or rosettes. These spots help them hide very well!

Imagine you are playing hide and seek in a garden with many leaves and shadows. If you wear clothes with leaves or spots on them, it will be harder for your friends to see you. This is how leopard spots work!

The spots break up the shape of the leopard’s body and help it blend in with the many dark and light patches in the trees and bushes. So, when a leopard is quietly waiting, other animals can’t see it easily because the spots make it look like part of the forest.

This helps leopards stay safe and also sneak up quietly when they are hunting for food.
