Let's Make Double-Sided Zig-Zag Folded Trails!
Hi there! Today, we're going to make something really fun with paper called double-sided zig-zag folded trails. This is a cool way to fold paper that looks like little paths that go up and down like mountains! Are you ready? Let's start!
What You Need:
- Two long strips of paper (you can use colored paper!)
- Markers or crayons (to decorate!)
- Help from a grown-up
Steps:
- Take one strip of paper and fold it like a zig-zag. That means fold it one way, then fold it back the other way, again and again. It's like making little mountains and valleys.
- Do the same with the second strip of paper.
- Now, put the two zig-zag papers together, so they look like double trails side by side.
- Decorate your trails with colors, maybe draw trees, animals, or something you like along the trails.
And there you go! You made your very own double-sided zig-zag folded trails. You can even pretend that the trails are roads for your toy cars or paths for your pretend animals to walk. Have fun!
