What Do Firefighters Do?

Firefighters are brave helpers who work to keep everyone safe from fires. Imagine if your toys were on fire! That would be scary! Firefighters come with big red trucks to help put out the fire so we can be safe again.

1. Driving Big Trucks

Firefighters use big red trucks that have lights and sirens. They drive fast because they want to help as quickly as possible!

2. Putting Out Fires

When there is a fire, firefighters spray water on the fire to make it go out. They wear special clothes to protect themselves from the heat.

3. Helping People

Firefighters also help people who may be in trouble, like if someone is stuck in a tall building or a cat is up a tree. They are always ready to help!

4. Teaching Safety

Firefighters teach us how to be safe, like what to do if there is a fire in our homes. They tell us to go outside and not to hide!

5. Being Heroes

Firefighters are like superheroes because they help people and keep us safe. We can look up to them and always thank them for their hard work!
