Mixing Blue and Green

If you mix blue paint with green paint, you usually get a blue‑green color. People often call this color teal, turquoise, or cyan — it looks like the color of the sea!

Step-by-step you can try it:

1. Put a little blue paint on your palette.
2. Add a little green paint next to it.
3. Mix a small bit together with your brush or stick.
4. Look at the new color — it should be a blue‑green. If you add more blue it looks bluer; add more green it looks greener.
