How to use this table

Use this table to keep track of school work, projects, or practice sessions. Fill one row for each task or learning session. Follow the steps below and look at the examples to get started.

  1. Write the date when you did the work.
  2. Write the subject or project name.
  3. Summarize what you did (e.g., worksheet, experiment, practiced 10 problems).
  4. Say how you learned it: reading, watching a video, teacher explanation, practising, doing an experiment, etc.
  5. List any evidence or resources: photos, websites, book titles, worksheet names.
  6. Write the next steps: what to do next to improve or finish the task.
  7. Note who can help if you get stuck (teacher, parent, friend).
  8. Record how much time you spent and tick if it is done.
