A train is like a long, shiny snake that rides on metal tracks called rails. The train has big, strong wheels made of metal that help it move smoothly.

At the front of the train, there is a special part called a locomotive. Think of it like the train's engine! The locomotive is the boss of the train. It pulls all the carriages behind it, which are like cars connected together in a line.

Now, there are two main types of trains:

  • Passenger Trains: These trains are for people. They have comfy seats and take us from one place to another, like going to the park or visiting Grandma.
  • Freight Trains: These trains are for transporting things, called goods. They carry all sorts of stuff like food, toys, and big machines to help deliver them to stores or other places.

So, trains help us travel and also carry important things from one place to another!
