Trains and Their Drivers!
Hi there! Did you know that trains are like big cars on tracks? Just like you need someone to drive a car, trains also need a special person called a driver. The driver is in charge of making sure the train goes where it needs to go.
The driver helps the train follow its route, which is like a path on the ground. They have to pay attention to all the signals along the way. Some signals are called semaphores, which are big lights or flags that tell the driver if it's safe to go or if they need to stop. Just like traffic lights for cars!
So, without the train driver, trains wouldn't know where to go or when to stop, and that would be a little bit scary!
