Physical education this year was varied, deliberate, and joyful, incorporating pilates for core and posture, table tennis for reflex and focus, swimming and tennis for endurance and coordination, and regular walking, running, and yoga to support aerobic fitness, mental regulation, and bodily awareness. Training emphasized intentional skill practice with consistent warm-ups and cool-downs, quantitative and qualitative progress tracking (duration, technique, reflection), balanced recovery and injury-awareness, and goal-setting to nurture sportsmanship and lifelong movement habits. As a result, overall fitness and body literacy have strengthened, resilience and routine are evident, and the student is well-prepared for continued adolescent athletic progression alongside academic pursuits.
