Okay, little buddy! To play the violin, we have to do something special with the violin's strings. Imagine the strings are like very thin, stretchy ropes. We want to make music with them!
We use a tool called a bow - it looks like a long stick. On one side of the stick, there’s a soft part made of hair - kind of like the fur on a fuzzy animal. This hair helps us to touch the strings gently.
When we move the bow back and forth across the strings, it makes a beautiful sound. So, it’s like using a magic wand to create music! Isn’t that fun?
