Ambulances are special vehicles that help take sick or hurt people to the hospital quickly. They are like moving hospitals! Inside an ambulance, there are many important things:

  • Medicine: This is used by paramedics (the people who drive and help in ambulances) to help treat pain or give medicine that can save someone’s life.
  • Oxygen Masks: These masks help people breathe better, especially if they are having trouble. If someone’s breathing is weak, the paramedics can give them oxygen to help them feel better.
  • Bandages: When someone gets hurt, bandages are used to cover cuts or wounds. This helps stop bleeding and keeps the injury clean.
  • Machines: There are machines that can check how our heart is beating. This is really important because it tells the paramedics if the heart is working well or if there is a problem.

All these things are packed inside the ambulance to make sure that whenever someone needs help, the ambulance is ready to take care of them right away!
