A concrete mixer is a big machine that mixes things up, just like your mum's mixer does when she makes cake batter. But instead of mixing flour, sugar, and eggs, a concrete mixer mixes three special things to make something called concrete.

First, it adds cement, which is a powder that helps hold everything together. Then, it adds sand, which are tiny bits like the sand you find in a sandbox. Finally, it adds water, which helps everything stick. Just like your mum's mixer spins around to blend the cake ingredients, the concrete mixer spins to mix cement, sand, and water so they can be used to build strong things like houses and sidewalks!
