Every house starts with something called a plan. This is like a big drawing or map that shows how the house will look and where everything will go. Think of it as a treasure map but for a house!

Once you have your plan, you need to make a strong base. This is like the ground that holds everything up. It needs to be very solid so that the house doesn’t fall down. Imagine building a huge LEGO tower; you want to have a good bottom so it won't tip over!

After the base is ready, you build the walls. The walls are like the sides of the house that keep us safe and warm inside. They protect us from rain, wind, and even curious animals! Think of the walls as the arms of a hug that wrap around us.

Finally, you top it off with a roof. The roof is like a big hat for the house that keeps it dry. It stops rain and snow from coming inside, just like an umbrella keeps you dry when it rains.

So remember, first you make a plan, then a strong base, followed by the walls, and finally you add the roof. That's how you build a safe and cozy house!
