1. What is Earth?

Earth is the place where we live! It’s a big round ball and it’s our home. Just like how your room is where you play and sleep, Earth is where everyone lives!

2. Earth is Blue and Green!

If you look at pictures of Earth from the sky, you will see lots of blue and green. The blue is the ocean where fish swim, and the green is the land where trees and grass grow.

3. Earth Has a Big Sky!

Above us, there is a big sky! During the day, the sky is blue, and at night, we can see stars and the moon. Sometimes, we see clouds that look like fluffy pillows!

4. Earth is Alive!

Earth is special because it is alive with many things! There are plants like flowers and trees, and animals like dogs, cats, and birds that all live here!

5. Earth Goes Around the Sun!

Earth goes around the Sun, which gives us light and keeps us warm. That’s why we have daytime and nighttime!

6. We Take Care of Earth!

It’s important to keep Earth clean and safe! We can do this by not littering and planting trees. Taking care of Earth helps our plants and animals!

7. Let’s Be Earth Helpers!

You can be a helper for the Earth by recycling! That means using things again and again, like turning old paper into new paper, or throwing trash in the bin!
