What Are Folded Cards?
Folded cards are simple cards that can be made by folding a piece of paper. When we say they have three pages, we mean that when you fold the paper, you will have three sections to use.
How to Make a Folded Card:
- Get Materials: You will need a piece of paper (any color you like), scissors, and some markers or crayons.
- Fold the Paper: Take your paper and fold it into three equal parts. You can do this by bringing the right edge of the paper over to the left edge and then making another fold on the left side so that it meets the first fold. It should now look like a Z shape when looking from the side.
- Cut (If Needed): If your paper is bigger than you want, you can trim the sides with scissors.
- Open It Up: When you open your folded card, you will see three sections. These act like three pages.
Using Your Folded Card:
You can use each of the three pages to write messages, draw pictures, or create a little story! Here are some ideas:
- First Page: Write a greeting or a title!
- Second Page: Draw a picture or write a small story.
- Third Page: Leave a fun note or a fun fact related to your drawing or story.
