Special Relativity

Special relativity mainly deals with objects moving at a constant speed, especially very fast, like the speed of light. It introduces two important ideas:

General Relativity

General relativity deals with gravity and how it affects space and time. Here are the main points:

  • Gravity Curves Space: Think of space as a giant rubber sheet. If you put a heavy object like a bowling ball on it, the sheet will curve around it. This is like how the Earth curves space around it, creating gravity!
  • Objects Follow Curved Paths: Because of this curvature, when you throw a ball, it doesn't just go straight; it follows a curved path because of the gravity of Earth pulling it down.
