Feelings are the special things we feel inside when something happens around us. Sometimes we feel different feelings, like happy, sad, surprised, or angry. It's okay to have all these feelings!

When something surprising happens, like your friend bringing a new toy to school, you might feel excited or surprised! When we can’t play with our favorite toy, we might feel a bit angry. Both feelings are normal!

Being Good Friends

As friends, we can help each other feel better. If a friend is sad or angry, we can talk to them or share a toy to make them happy. It’s nice to help each other feel happy more often!

How to Feel Happy Together

  • Share your toys or snacks with friends.
  • Play games together that everyone enjoys.
  • Give hugs or say nice things when someone is feeling down.

Remember, it’s okay to have many feelings, but let’s try to make each other smile and feel happy!
