'Gourmet Ice Cream Factory' focuses on selling unique flavors, such as lavender or mango chili. They use high-quality ingredients and make their ice cream artisanal-style. Because they offer something special and different, they can charge more money.

3. Focus - 'Vegan Delights'

If there was a third shop called 'Vegan Delights,' they would focus only on vegan ice cream. They cater to people who are looking for dairy-free options and are willing to pay a little extra for those products. This shop has a strong focus on a specific group of customers.
