Porter's Generic Strategies are ways a company can compete with others in the market. 4. Cost Focus
This strategy is like cost leadership but focused on a specific market segment. It involves offering lower prices for a specific group of products or services. An example could be a fast-food restaurant that focuses on cheap meals for students, making it appealing to that demographic.
