Hi there! Today, we are going to learn about something really amazing called spontaneous healing! Can you say that? Spontaneous healing happens when our bodies fix themselves, just like how a superhero can heal quickly!

Imagine you have a little cut on your finger. At first, it might hurt, and you might see some red around it. But guess what? Our bodies are super smart! They send special cells, which are like tiny workers, to the cut to help heal it. These workers clean the wound and make new skin. This is what we call spontaneous healing—our body is doing the healing all by itself!

Sometimes, when we feel sick or have a cough, our body works hard to fight the germs (the tiny things that make us sick). We might rest, drink water, or get hugs from our family, and slowly we start to feel better. That's our body healing itself again!

So, next time you get a little scrape or feel a bit unwell, remember that your body is like a superhero, working hard to heal you! Isn’t that cool?
