What is a Planet?

A planet is a big round object that goes around a star, like our Sun! Just like how you can walk around your house, planets travel around stars in space. There are many planets in our solar system, and some are big like Jupiter and some are small like Mercury. Planets are made of different things, like gas and rocks.
