Objective

Activities

  • Rolling Balls: Encourage the student to roll different balls on the floor, observing how they move and the sounds they make.
  • Tube Roll: Show the student how to place a ball at the top of a tube and watch it roll down. Let them try it themselves.
  • Ball Toss: Create a target area using a large container or a hoop and have the student practice tossing balls into it.
  • Tube Maze: Arrange the tubes in various configurations to create a simple maze. Encourage the student to roll a ball through the maze, exploring cause and effect.
  • Ball and Tube Sorting: Provide different sizes of balls and tubes. Guide the student to sort them based on size, matching the balls with the corresponding tubes.

  • "Look at this ball! It's round and bouncy. Can you roll it on the floor? See how it moves?"
  • "Let's try putting the ball in this tube. Watch it roll down! Whee! Can you do it too?"
