Objective
By the end of this lesson, the student will be able to understand and use basic taekwondo terminology in a foreign language while engaging in physical activities.

Activities
Warm-up: Start with a light jog around the designated area to get the blood flowing and prepare the body for the upcoming activities.
Stretching: Perform a series of stretching exercises targeting the major muscle groups to improve flexibility and prevent injuries.
Basic Taekwondo Moves: Teach and practice basic taekwondo moves such as punches, kicks, and blocks. Use visual demonstrations and verbal instructions to guide the student through the movements.
Combination Drills: Create combinations of different taekwondo moves and have the student practice them in sequence. This will help improve coordination and fluidity in their movements.
Cool-down: Finish the lesson with a cool-down routine consisting of gentle stretches and deep breathing exercises to promote relaxation and recovery.
