Activities

  1. Start by writing down what anxiety means to you. How does it feel? What thoughts or physical sensations do you experience?

  2. Research different types of anxiety disorders online. Write a short description of each one and identify any common symptoms.

  3. Create a personal anxiety management plan. List at least three strategies that you think would help you cope with anxiety. They can be things like deep breathing, journaling, or talking to a trusted adult.

  4. Choose one anxiety management strategy from your list and try it out. Write about your experience and how it made you feel.

  5. Reflect on your anxiety management plan. Are there any strategies you would like to add or remove? Why?
