Activities

  • Activity 1: Setting Goals
    Think about something you want to achieve or improve in your life. Write it down as a goal and create a plan on how you can work towards it.
  • Activity 2: Positive Affirmations
    Write down positive affirmations about yourself and repeat them out loud. For example, "I am capable of achieving great things!"
  • Activity 3: Gratitude Journal
    Start a gratitude journal and write down three things you are grateful for each day. It could be as simple as a sunny day or spending time with loved ones.
  • Activity 4: Visualization Exercise
    Close your eyes and imagine yourself achieving your goals. Visualize the steps you need to take and how it feels to accomplish them.
