Self-Expression through Art: Encourage the student to express themselves through art. They can draw, paint, or create something using any medium they prefer. Remind them that there are no right or wrong answers in art and it's a great way to boost self-confidence and creativity.
Positive Visualization: Guide the student through a visualization exercise. Ask them to close their eyes and imagine themselves successfully accomplishing a goal or overcoming a challenge. Encourage them to visualize every detail and the positive emotions associated with their success.
