Activities
- Create a Passover Collage: Provide the student with paper, crayons or colored pencils, scissors, and tape or glue. Encourage them to draw or cut out pictures related to Passover, such as a Seder plate, matzah, or symbols of freedom. Help them arrange and stick the pictures onto the paper to create a collage.
- Act Out the Exodus Story: Use simple props like a toy Moses figure, toy animals, and a small basket. Retell the story of Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt, using the props and encouraging the student to act out different parts of the story.
- Sing Passover Songs: Teach the student simple Passover songs, such as "Dayenu" or "Ma Nishtana." Sing along together and encourage them to join in and learn the words.
