Objective
By the end of this Physical Education lesson, the student will be able to demonstrate the processes of planning, monitoring, revising, and reflecting to support and develop composition of texts.

Activities

1. Brainstorming
Have the student brainstorm ideas for a composition of text related to a physical activity they enjoy. Encourage them to think about their experiences, feelings, and thoughts associated with the activity.
