Activities

  • Research and Create a Language Collage:

    Encourage the student to research different languages and cultures. They can find interesting facts, pictures, and phrases from various languages. Have them create a collage using their findings and present it to the family.

  • Learn Basic Greetings:

    Teach the student how to greet someone in different languages. They can practice saying "hello," "goodbye," and "thank you" in at least five different languages. They can even record themselves saying these phrases and create a mini language audio guide.

  • Explore Traditional Foods:

    Have the student choose a cuisine from a different country and research traditional recipes. They can then prepare a dish from that cuisine, following the recipe and experiencing the flavors of another culture.
