Activity 1: Greetings
Practice common greetings in Chinese, such as "你好" (nǐ hǎo - hello) and "再见" (zài jiàn - goodbye). Create flashcards with the Chinese characters and their English translations to help you memorize them.

Activity 2: Ordering Food
Imagine you are at a Chinese restaurant. Pretend to be the customer and practice ordering food in Chinese. Use phrases like "我想要..." (wǒ xiǎng yào - I would like...) and "请给我..." (qǐng gěi wǒ - please give me...). You can also look up popular Chinese dishes and their names in Chinese to enhance your vocabulary.

Activity 3: Shopping
Role-play a shopping scenario where you are the customer and a friend or family member plays the shopkeeper. Practice asking for the price of an item ("这个多少钱?" - zhè ge duō shǎo qián? - How much is this?) and negotiating the price ("能便宜一点吗?" - néng pián yí yī diǎn ma? - Can you give me a discount?).
