Activities
- Create a Valentine's Day Card: Help your child cut out a heart shape from the construction paper. Show them how to fold another piece of paper in half to make a card. Encourage them to decorate the front of the card with crayons, markers, and stickers. Assist them in gluing the heart shape onto the front of the card.
- Heart Hunt: Hide several heart-shaped objects around the house or a designated area. Guide your child to find the hearts and celebrate each discovery together.
- Love and Hugs: Explain to your child that Valentine's Day is a special day to show love and give hugs. Encourage them to give hugs to family members and express love by saying, "I love you."
