Activities

   • Write down the word problem and the algebraic equation that represents it.

2. Solve the algebraic equation:

   • Use the equation you created in the previous activity to solve for the unknown variable. Show your work step by step.
   • Check your solution by plugging it back into the original equation.

3. Apply the solution in Minecraft:

   • Load up Minecraft and simulate the scenario from your word problem.
   • Share the diamonds equally among the friends and verify that each person receives the correct number of diamonds.
