Activities

  • Activity 1: "Walk in Their Shoes"

    Choose a historical event or issue that interests you. Research and identify different perspectives of people involved in that event or issue. Write a short paragraph from the point of view of each perspective, explaining their thoughts, motivations, and feelings. Share your paragraphs with a family member or friend, and discuss the different viewpoints.

  • Activity 2: "Debate Time"

    Select a controversial event or issue from history. Divide it into two sides, such as pro and con, or different groups involved. Prepare arguments for each side and have a friendly debate with a family member or friend. Make sure to consider and present the different perspectives in your arguments.

  • Activity 3: "Create a Collage"

    Choose a historical figure or event that interests you. Collect images, quotes, and other relevant materials that represent different perspectives related to that figure or event. Create a collage using these materials, and explain the significance of each element. Present your collage to a family member or friend, discussing the various perspectives portrayed.
