Activities

1. Mirror Me: Stand in front of a mirror and practice different facial expressions to show how you feel in different situations.

2. Role Play: Pretend to be in various scenarios (like meeting new friends or handling a difficult task) and act out how you would respond confidently and safely.

3. Feelings Drawing: Draw pictures of different emotions (happy, sad, scared, excited) and discuss how to handle each feeling.

  • Being Brave: "It's okay to feel scared sometimes, but remember to take a deep breath and be brave."
  • Confidence: "Believe in yourself and know that you can handle any situation that comes your way."
