Materials and Prep

  • No specific materials needed
  • Find a quiet and comfortable space for the activities

Activities

  • Deep Breathing: Sit comfortably and take slow deep breaths in and out. Imagine you are blowing up a balloon with each breath.
  • Positive Affirmations: Repeat positive statements like "I am strong", "I am brave", "I can do anything".
  • Imaginary Safe Place: Close your eyes and imagine a place where you feel completely safe and happy. Describe this place out loud.
  • Body Scan: Lie down and focus on each part of your body, starting from your toes to your head. Notice any tension and let it go.
